The 715.5 is a heavy-duty nine-speed manual built for the Mercedes-Benz Zetros off-road truck. Hydraulically shifted and engineered for high continuous torque, it serves the 1833 A and 2733 A models that work construction sites, military fleets and expedition duty far from paved roads.
It sits outside the passenger-car transmission family entirely: the same numbering scheme, a completely different job.
